As we crossed our twenties, email becomes an essential part of our life. Every communication, whether it is related to your job or your side hustle, is done through email. So, it is essential to know the better way to manage your emails to achieve better productivity in your lifestyle.

Before applying these productivity tips, I used to have thousands of unread emails in my mailbox, and I could not prioritise quality mails. We usually receive 25–30 emails per day, and they piled up daily in our mailbox.

As there are already thousands of unread emails in my mailbox, I could not distinguish what mails I last check. So, it was all mess, and I was not able to reply to them on time. And, this is the typical case with most of us.

I got to know a few tricks to improve email productivity. Further in this article, I will share six hacks to get the best out of your emails. These hacks will help you reduce work stress and help you get the best out of your emails.

1. Snooze your mail for a later time

You are in a meeting with the client, and you receive a mail, and you know that the mail is important and you need to reply to it. But, as you are in a meeting or busy with other activities, you can’t reply to it now.

Gmail has an option to “Snooze” your email for a later time. Snooze features will hide the mail from your mailbox and send you a new mail on your desired date and time. Let’s learn how we can set up that feature.

You can pick any specific date time to receive the same email. For example, let’s say you are free in the evening, and you want to reply to this mail in the evening. In this case, you can snooze the mail for the evening time, and you will get this mail notification in the evening.
