Usually, we all aspire to learn from successful people. They can show us how to overcome challenges and grow in our careers. Their knowledge holds a lot of value as they have first-hand experience achieving what we desire to accomplish.

However, we should also learn what not to do to avoid expensive mistakes that can impact our growth. This is where incompetent developers are of great help. Observing their actions and understanding the repercussions can be an excellent way to learn the blunders to avoid in your own career.

For a software developer, these career lessons can be as valuable as the lessons learned from successful programmers.
